30-Day Return Window
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- You'll need proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Free Return Shipping
Returns are free of charge — we cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible items within the 30-day window.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@mijminor.com or via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on where to send your item.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

- No final sale items — everything we sell is eligible for return within the policy window
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different model or size, contact us at info@mijminor.com and we'll arrange this alongside your return.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@mijminor.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you, in line with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
